Delete Repeating Time Matters Calendar Records

Entering repeating Event records in your Time Matters Calendar can save you a lot of embarrassment! It is no fun to be late for or, worse, miss a regularly scheduled meeting or task.

Time Matters has a very flexible Repeating Records options. It is easy to set up a Repeating Record, choosing the interval and end date.

Life has a way of changing your best laid plans. If you have scheduled a repeating Event well into the future, it can be a painstaking process to find all the records and delete them. Time Matters has a good search function for that and other purposes. Still, it is faster to use a built-in feature for tagging and deleting Repeating Records that are no longer correct.

To delete Repeating Records, go to: Event Form, Properties icon, Repeat tab. Then click in the middle and press Ctrl-T to tag the records. Click the Delete button to delete tagged records.

Poof! The Repeating Records are deleted to the Time Matters Recycle Bin. You could go into the Recycle Bin and remove them altogether from Time Matters if you wish.
